The electric heater that was installed converts this into a cosy area that you do not want to leave. Entrance to the balcony is gained a sliding door. The view from the balcony is breathtaking especially at night, no better place to enjoy a sundowner than this balcony.
The kitchen is practical. The enlarged service hatch ensures that the host or hostess does not lose touch with the family or the guests. The hiding of the washing machine and the tumble dryer in a cupboard is ingenious.
